摘    要:采用多点取样方法对苎溪河水体中的总菌数和总大肠菌群数测定,对其水质进行了初步评价.结果表明,7个水样中5个水样的总菌数都达到105 CFU/L,总大肠菌群都达到2万CFU/L,说明苎溪河水中的有机物含量较高,水污染严重;苎溪河受到了粪便的污染,水中存在大量的肠道病原菌.针对苎溪河水污染十分严峻的情况,提出了减少排污量,优化污染治理技术以及加强生态建设等综合治理对策.

Abstract:The total number of bacteria and E.coli in the water of Zhuxi river,Wanzhou region,Chongqing City was determined by multi-spots sampling method and the water quality was preliminarily evaluated.Among 7 water samples the total number of bacteria in 5 water samples reaches to 105 CFU/L,and total number of E.coli reaches to over 20 000 CFU/L,showing that the content of organic matter is higher and water pollution is severity.Zhuxi river gets excrementitious pollution and there is a lot of E.coli in the water.According serious pollution in Zhuxi river,the comprehensive governing countermeasures of reducing dumping pollutants,optimizing the technology of governing pollution and strengthening ecology construction.
