摘    要:选用大网格树脂作为吸附剂,研究了用吸附法从发酵液中分离乙醇,以降低乙醇生产的能耗.结果表明XAD-4大网格树脂对乙醇有较好的选择吸附性,在乙醇浓度为10.6%的乙醇发醇液中,其静态吸附量达108.3mg/g;同时探讨了XAD-4树脂的静态及动态吸附特性

Abstract:The macroreticular resin was adopted as the adsorption to separate the ethanol from fermentation broths in order to reduce the energy consumption of ethanol production. The results show that the macroreticular resin XAD 4 can selectively adsorb the ethanol from fermentation broth. The static adsorption amount of XAD 4 is 108.3 mg /g in the ethanol fermentation broth which contains 10.6% ethanol. The static characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of XAD 4 were also studied.
