白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)对园林树木枝条降解能力测定

摘    要:在室内培养条件下,采用常规重量分析法测定了自耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)对20种沈阳地区常用园林绿化树木枝条的降解能力.测定不同园林树木枝条样晶在白粑齿菌降解不同时间的重量损失率,对园林树木枝条降解过程进行回归分析,用标准划分法和逐步聚类分析法对白耙齿菌的降解能力进行等级划分.结果表明:在降解90d时,稠李损失率最高,为58.54%;损失率y与降解时间x呈正相关,属于幂函数y=ax~b形式.白耙齿菌对稠李、锦带花,红瑞木和白桦降解能力强(Ⅰ级);对山桃、榆叶梅、水曲柳、丝棉木、黄檗和桑树降解能力较强(Ⅱ级);对山杏、紫厂香、连翘、水蜡、金银忍冬、栾树、山皂英、元宝枫和梓树降解能力中等(Ⅲ级);对银杏降解能力弱(Ⅳ级).

Abstract:Under indoor culture conditions, 20 garden tree branches were degraded to determine weight loss rate in different times in order to evaluate degradation abilities of Irpex lacteus. The degradation abilities of Ⅰ.lacteus were divided by standard definition and K-Means cluster methods. The results showed that loss rate of Padus racemosa was 58.54% in 90d, which was the highest of all. The loss rate and degradation time were in positive correlation, followed the power function y=ax~b. Degradation abilities of Ⅰ. lacteus were divided into 4 levels, the strongest degradation ability to P. racemosa, Weigela florida, Comus alba and Betula platyphylla; stronger ability to Amygdalus davidiana, Prunus triloba, Fraxinus mandshurica, Euonymus bungeanus,Phellodendron amurense and Morus alba; medium ability to Armeniaca sibirica, Syringa oblate, Forsythia suspense, Ligustrum obtusifolium, Lonicera maackii, Koelreuteria paniculata, Gleditsia japonica, Acer truncatum and Catalpa ovata; weak ability to Ginkgo biloba.
