K~+、NH_4~+、CCC对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响

摘    要:试验研究了MS培养基添加K+、NH4+、CCC培养脱毒马铃薯试管苗的应用效果最佳适用浓度。结果表明,CCC对培育健壮的马铃薯试管苗具有理想的调控效果,其最适浓度为40 mg/L,而适宜浓度的K+和NH4+都能促进试管苗的快速繁殖,使茎节长高,叶数增多;K+的最适浓度为881 mg/L,NH4+的最适浓度为382.50 mg/L。

Abstract:The experiment of the MS medium with different K+、NH4+,as well as plant growth regulator CCC was conducted to study the effect and the optimal concentration.The results showed that CCC could regulate the cultivation of potato plantlets robust,the optimum concentration was 40mg/L.The suitable concentration of K+、NH4+ could promote the rapid propagation of plantlets on a certain role in promoting differentiation and increasing stem length height and leaf number.The optimum concentration of potassium was 881 mg/L,and the optimum ammonium ion concentration was 382.50 mg/L.
