当前中国农业发展面临的问题及对策

2012年我国粮食总产量达5.9亿t，首次实现了“九连增”——这是我国农业历史性的巨大成就，在世界农业发展史上也是罕见的。然而，在取得巨大成就的同时，我国农业仍面临着诸多问题。作者在广泛调查的基础上，认为当前我国农业面临着10个方面的突出问题，这就是：耕地问题、劳力问题、畜力问题、水利问题、投入问题、灾害问题、生态环境问题、资源浪费问题、经济规模问题和经济效益问题。这些问题已对我国农业发展造成极为不利的影响。针对上述问题，为了实现新世纪新时期我国农业持续、稳定和健康发展，必须采取以下对策和措施：一是提高认识；二是严格执法；三是加强培训；四是提高效益；五是节约资源；六是保护环境；七是发展科技；八是夯实基础。

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures of the Agricultural Development in Our Country

China＇ s total output of grain reached 590 million ton in 2012. It was the first time of the ＂nine even increase＂, which was the great achievement in China＇ s development history. However, at the same time the agricultural history and was rare in world＇ s agricultural tremendous achievements had been gotten, China＇ s agriculture was still facing many problems. On the basis of extensive investigated, ten problems were found in the development of the current China＇ s agriculture. These were： cultivated land problem, labor problem, animal power problem, water conservancy problem, investment problem, disaster problem, ecological environment problem, waste of resources problem, farming scale problem, and economic benefit problem. These problems had extreme adverse effects on the agricultural development in China. In response to these problems, in order to implement the new century and the new era of China＇ s agricultural development with sustainable, stable, and healthy, the following countermeasures and measures must be taken： the first was to raise awareness; the second was to enforce the law strictly; the third was to strengthen training; the fourth was to improve efficiency; the fifth was to conserve resources; the sixth was to protect the environment; the seventh was to develop science and technology; and the eighth was to solid the foundation of agriculture.
