| 摘 要： | 发挥现代远程教育优势，推进农村成人高等教育，既是我国加入WTO后农村成人教育的需要，也是教育的主要目的和任务之一，本在调查和研究的基础上，着重探讨了农村开展现代远程高等教育的内容和方法，并对农村开展现代远程高等教育过程中面临的困难和问题加以概括和总结。

Based on the investigation and study, the contents and methods of developing modern long-distance higher education in countryside were discussed, and the difficulties and problems were summarized in this paper. |
