摘    要: 对葡萄(Vitis L.)白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,Res)进行文献综述,涉及Res对人类疾病的防治作用、对植物病害的抗病作用、葡萄Res提取和测定方法、葡萄Res含量及葡萄Res生物合成与修饰等方面。指出今后研究方向应集中在葡萄Res抗病作用机制,高Res含量基因型葡萄遗传分析与遗传规律,以及葡萄果实发育关键时期Res合成决定的酶学和分子机制研究。
