利用自动化加热排湿设备改造传统烤房

为解决烤烟烘烤工艺难落实的问题,把自动化密集烤房的自动加煤供热、自动通风排湿及控制系统加以改造后,组装到立式炉烤房上,改建成自动加热排湿烤房.试验结果表明,该烤房温湿度能完全自动控制,升温灵,控温稳,平面温差小,能准确落实优质烟烘烤工艺,提高烟叶烘烤质量,使桔黄色烟比例提高13.51%,均价增加1.51元/kg,上等烟比例提高16.87%,烟叶的总糖含量和还原糖含量分别降低3.25%和2.89%,淀粉降低0.70%,烟叶化学成分更为协调.同时还降低烘烤能耗成本32.02%.

Rebuilding of Conventional Flue-Cure Barn by Installing Auto-Controlled Heater and Moisture Removal

In order to deal with the dilema to carry out the flue curing schedule,conventional flue-cure barn was rebuilt by installing auto-controlled heater and moisture removal.The test results showed that: the temperature and humidity could be totally auto-controlled for the rebuilt barn,the temperature rose quickly and stably and the temperature difference was smaller than the conventional flue-cure barn.Therefore,the curing schedule for high quality leaves can be carried out correctly and the quality of cured leaves is improved.The first class of leaves increased by 13.51%,average price by 1.51 yuan/kg and total sugar and reduce sugar decreased by 3.25 and 2.89% respectively,starch by 0.7 %.At the same time,the chemical compositions of tobacco were in balance,and also the cost decreased by 32.02%.
