| 摘 要： | 随着经济的快速发展,中国女性越来越多地参与到经济活动中来,农村女性作为新农村建设中的一支特殊群体也日益发挥重要作用。那么如何正确看待女性人力资本,如何为女性人力资本的发挥创造有利的环境,就非常必要了。基于此,从农村女性人力资本的作用、农村女性人力资本投资的迫切性及投资现状等方面对国内在该领域的研究进行梳理,以便进一步深入探讨。
