苏云金芽孢杆菌菌株B-Pr-88的生物学特性

摘    要:就自行分离的、对鳞翅目夜蛾科害虫具有高毒力的Bt菌株B-Pr-88的生物学特性进行了系统研究.B-Pr-88可形成菱形、球形和不规则形等多种形态的晶体,主要由130kDa和60kDa两种蛋白组成;酯酶型与标准菌株蜡螟亚种和库斯塔克亚种一致,同属于galleriae型;10项生理生化反应结果表明,B-Pr-88与标准菌株蜡螟亚种反应一致;B-Pr-88菌株至少含有3种大小不同的质粒,经PCR-RFLP鉴定该菌株至少包括cry2Ab、cry9Ba和多种cry1(包括cry1Cb、cry1Db、cry1Fb和cry1Gb)等6种不同的杀虫晶体蛋白基因.

Abstract:The biological characteristics of the Bacillus thuringiensis strain B-Pr-88,highly toxic to the pests in Noctuidae(Lepidoptera),was studied.Crystal shape of B-Pr-88 was bipy-ramidal,spherical and irregular,130kDa and 60kDa ICPs were expressed in B-Pr-88.Results of esterase pattern identification showed that B-Pr-88 was the same as standard strains of B.t.galleriae and B.t.kurstaki.Biochemical reaction indicated that B-Pr-88 was identical with B.t.galleriae.Three plasmids were detected from B-Pr-88.Results of cry-type gene identification showed that B-Pr-88 contained cry1Cb,cry1Db,cry1Fb,cry1Gb,cry2Ab and cry9Bagenes.
