摘    要:基于具有并行调形功能的多点快速曲面造型系统和自主开发的激光扫描测量机,提出了三维板类件多点闭环精确造型的概念,并应用PID控制算法进行了多点闭环成形实验,得到了符合设计要求的工件形状。讨论了三维板类件多点成形逆向工程的实现问题。

Abstract:Multi-point forming is a flexible forming method of sheet metal, which employs two reconfigurable elements groups instead of conventional male and female dies to form 3D sheet metal parts. In the paper, a multi-point rapid forming system driven by CAD models and self-made laser scanning measurement machine for 3D sh eet metal parts were developed. The multi-point closed-loop forming method was proposed. Under the control of a proportional-integral-derivative algorithm, the closed-loop forming experiments were performed and the curved surface error of the formed part was small.
