虚拟仪器技术在内燃机台架测控系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了采用虚拟仪器技术组建内燃机台架通用测控平台的方法,以及该系统的应用情况。系统采用通用的软硬件模块组成,其开放式接口使系统具有极好的扩展性。新技术的应用,可使内燃机台架测控系统真正做到小型化、模块化,提高了系统的可维护性,并能实现一机多用。系统的自动测试以及文件管理和图表打印功能可使试验过程和记录格式规范化。

Abstract:As an example of latest rig test system, this paper introduces the virtual instrument technology applied to an internal combustion engine general rig test and control system. The system is easily configured by general hardware and software modules and possesses program control and reserves manual control functions. The system functions include automatic measuring, automatic recording, file managing, drawing, alarm managing, trouble diagnosing etc. By means of the open user interface the user's modules can be modified and the system functions can be expanded. The application of virtual instrument technology makes the system simple and multifunctional. The practical results showed that it has more advantages than traditional ones. The method can also be used to configure any rig test and control system.
