日本锦鲤秋季人工育苗及其离子轰击实验初报

本文报道了2006年日本锦鲤秋季人工繁殖、育苗及其离子轰击日本锦鲤水花实验结果。8尾性成熟亲鱼，在14．5℃-23．2℃水温条件下，经强化培育后，采用地欧酮（DOM）、绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）催熟和催产，其中1尾雌鱼产卵。受精卵孵出水花1000尾。在15．2℃～21．0℃水温条件下，分离子轰击实验组、对照组和普通组共3组对日本锦鲤水花进行60d培育，成活率分别为66％、93％、51％；抽测普通组鱼苗，平均全长为2．4cm。

Study on Artificial Prolmgation and Ion Bombardment of Japanese Koi in the Autumn

The artificial propagation, seeds breeding and lipper treated by ion bombardment of Japanese Koi were studied in Fujian Fisheries Research Institute in the autumn of 2006. 8 sexual maturation Japanese Kois were cultured at 14. 5 ℃ -23.2 ℃ water temperature, after the use of European one （DOM） and human eborionie gonadotropin （HCG） , one female fish spawned （ the yield was 2.5% ） and 1000 lippers were hatched. The ion bombardment experiment group, the ion bombardment control group and the general group were cultured 60d at 15.2 ℃ - 21.0 ℃ water temperature, and the survival rate were 66%, 93% and 51% separately. The average length of general group was 2. 4 cm.
