摘    要:本文研究了七个白色金针菇杂交菌株在液体深层发酵过程中的滤纸纤维素酶、漆酶、酸性蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶的活性。结果表明,七个白色金针菇菌株中,6号菌株的漆酶、多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶均高于其它6个菌株,而就蛋白酶的活性而言,6号菌株明显低于对照菌株7号。

Abstract:The article studied the activation of cellulase,laccase,protease,polyphenol oxidase during the liquid deeper fermented course of seven hybrid strain of white Flammulina velutipes.The result indicates that the activation of laccase polyphenol oxidase cellulase of No.6 strain are all higher than other six strains.However,the protease's activation is obviously lower than its compared No.7 strain.
