人工培育蛹虫草与野生蛹虫草氨基酸成分测试分析

摘    要:通过对人工培育蛹虫草与野生蛹虫草氨基酸的测试分析,结果表明:在野生蛹虫草中含有的17种氨基酸,在人工培育蛹虫草中几乎都含有,并且在以蚕蛹为培养基质生长的蛹虫草中氨基酸总量及人体必需的八种氨基酸总量均高于野生型及其它人工培育型的蛹虫草。

Abstract:Determination and analysis of amino acid components between cultivation of Cordyceps militaris and wild Cordyceps militaris are discussed in this paper.The results show that there are 17 kinds of amino acid in wild Cordyceps militaris and almost in cultivated Cordyceps militaris. Total amino acid in Cordyceps militaris which is cultivated by natural Bombyx mori medium and man need 8 kinds of amino acid contents are higher than those of wild Cordyceps militaris and the other cultivated Cordyceps militaris.
