| Abstract: | The great flood in 1998 caused many foresters to discuss about forestry.They deem that forestry characteristics are diversity,uncertainty and projection,and it's attributes are scattered in region,indivisible in whole and low benefits.Forestry is the base of sustainable development and is social public welfare with industrial attribute.The paper retraces simply the background resulting in forestry and two contrary management theories. |
