| 摘 要： | 本文利用放射免疫分析方法测定了中国林蛙与中华大蟾蜍输卵管中的甲状腺激素(T_4与 T_3)含量,结果表明;林蛙输卵管 T_4与 T_3含量均高于蟾蜍输卵管,但后者此二种成分含量也很可观,故对其有开发利用的价值。

| Abstract: | The contents of thyroxines,including thyroxine T_4 and triiodo thyroxine T_3 in the oviduct of Rana temporaria chensinensis and Bufo bufo gararizans were determined by the method of Radio-immuno-analysis (RIA).The results showed that thyroxines(T_4, T_3)content in the oviduct of Rana temporaria chensinensis was higher than that in Bufo bufo gararizans.However,the latter also had a considerable amount of T_4 and T_3.These substances should be put to good use. |
