| 摘 要： | 脂肪细胞不仅是机体贮存能量的器官,还可通过一些细胞因子参与能量稳态的调节。在肉品质评价上,适量的皮下脂肪是不可缺少的指标之一。为此,研究脂肪特性就成了动物营养与育种工作的主要任务。作者通过对脂肪性状相关基因的特性及作用机理作一综述,以便为日后进一步研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Adipocyte,as an organ of storing energy,plays a key role in mediating the equilibrium of energy through some cytokines.And the optimum IMF is one of the indispensable indicators in assessing quality of meat.Thus the study of animal nutrition and breeding are focusing on the property of fat.This review presents the character and mechanism of some genes relevant to adipocyte so as to provide more material for the future research. |
