谷物产量监视器的试验研究

摘    要:设计和开发了应用于联合收割机的谷物产量监视系统。该系统能够同时集割台高度、谷物水分、谷物温度和谷物流量等4路模拟信号以及地速和升运器转速等2路数字信号和GPS差分信号,并且能够每隔1秒钟向CF卡存储一次信息。系统可以向操作员提供液晶屏显示和触摸屏输入。实验表明系统运行稳定,存储正确。

Abstract:This paper introduced a designed and developed grain yield monitor system applied to combine harvester. That system could collect simulation signals from four routes ( the height of the combine harvester, the grain humidity, the grain temperature and the grain flux) at real time, digital signals from two routes (field speed and rotate speed of grain elevator ) and GPS differential signals. It could save information once a second to the CF card. The system could provide an interface of LCD and an input of touched-screen to operators. The result of the test indicated that the system could run with a high stability and save data correctly.
