摘    要:通过室内生物活性测定和田间种群生命表调查 ,研究了 3种植物杀虫剂对柑桔潜叶蛾个体和种群的干扰影响。结果表明 ,不同植物杀虫剂之间在作用机制和生态效应上有差异。印楝素和印楝油对柑桔潜叶蛾个体虽没有强毒杀活性 ,但能通过拒食、忌避产卵和生长发育抑制 ,以及发挥天敌的作用达到植物保护的目的。硫酸烟碱对柑桔潜叶蛾幼虫的毒杀活性与对照药剂杀螟丹相近 ,但对害虫种群的控制不如印楝素和印楝油。

Abstract:The bioactivity and interference of three botanical insecticides on individuals and population of citrus leafminer were investigated by laboratory bioassays and life table evaluation on field population.It has been found that different modes of action and ecological effects occurred among botanical insecticides.Azadirachtin and neem oil,which exhibited low toxicity to eggs and larvae,can protect citrus trees from its attack by antifeeding,oviposition repelling,inhibition of growth and development of individuals,and the role of natural enemies to interfere with its population.Nicotine sulfate showed similar bioactivities as cartap with less capacity to control its population.
