| 摘 要： | 以10种绣线菊属植物资源为材料，分别用SDS法、高盐低pH法及改良的CTAB法对幼嫩叶片进行DNA提取并进检测比较，利用经过检测的模板对RAPD引物进行筛选。结果表明：采用改良的CTAB法提取的DNA可以用于RAPD分析。对200条10碱基的RAPD引物进行了初筛和复筛，筛出了30条扩增多态性强、稳定性好的引物，作为全部基因组的扩增引物。
