Abstract: | An assay to determine 50 per cent neutralisation end points of duck anti-duck hepatitis virus sera was developed using a plaque assay to quantify residual virus. The optimal conditions were determined. Ducklings produce a serological response within four days of vaccination and the response reaches a maximum within nine days. |
