河北省大学生创业意识现状调查与分析

通过对河北省部分高校在校大学生创业意识现状进行调查，分析了大学生的创业认识、兴趣、愿望、需求、心理、自我创业能力的认知以及创业所需的主客观条件，提出扎实开展高校创业教育，全面提高大学生创业素质；加强创业实践环节，搭建创业实践平台；筹措社会资金，出台有关政策，给予鼓励性支持等培养大学生创业意识的措施。

Investigation and analysis on the enterprise consciousness of the undergraduate students in Hebei Province

This research is based on the investigation of the enterprise consciousness of the undergradu- ate students in some universities of Hebei province and the analysis on the students' enterprise con- sciousness,interests,desires,demands,psychology,the cognition of self-venture ability and the sub- jective and objective conditions needed for venturing,and puts forward such measures as carrying out the enterprise education in universities and comprehensively improving the students' pioneering quali- ty;strengthening pioneering practice links and establishing platforms for pioneering practice;collect- ing funds from society,issuing some related new policies and providing some encouraging support so as to develop the students' enterprise consciousness.
