纳米材料在卷烟降焦减害中应用的研究

摘    要:分别将纳米材料Al2O3,TiO2加入到卷烟烟丝中,研究了纳米材料及其加入方式对卷烟焦油和CO含量的影响。结果表明,纳米材料干法加入到烟丝上,降低烟气中焦油和CO含量的效果较为明显,其中纳米材料Al2O3的作用效果更为显著,而纳米材料湿法添加到烟丝中的效果不明显,对卷烟感官质量无不良影响。

Abstract:Nanophase materials Al2O3 and Nano- TiO2 were added in cut tobacco with dry and wet methods respectively. The effect of nanophase materials in the reduction of the tar and CO in cigarette smoke were studied by using two different methods. It is proved that the more effective method was to add Nano- Al2O3 with dry adding. The good effect was also demonstrated when nanophase materials were added in cut tobacco by using dry adding.
