摘    要:百里香含有挥发油、氨基酸及大量微量元素,其化学成分复杂多样,主要应用在医疗保健、食品工业、日用化妆品及农业生产等领域,是一种应用非常广泛的天然植物药物.由于其成分天然、毒副作用小等优势而成为一种研究热点倍受重视.在此从其化学成分的分类及应用方面进行综述.

Abstract:Chemical ingredients of Thymus were complex and multiplicity,including volatile oil,amino acid and a large number of microelements.It was mainly applied in medical care,food industry,daily cosmetics and agricultural production.It has been a natural plant medicine for a very wide range of applications.Nowadays it becomes a research hotpots due to its advantages of natural ingredients and with little side effect.This essay makes a general account of the classification of chemical composition and application of Thymus.
