| 摘 要： | 试验以茄子幼苗为试材,研究NaHSO3促进茄子幼苗光合速率的最佳浓度和对其生长发育的影响.试验结果表明: 300 mg/L NaHSO3为促进茄子幼苗光合速率的最佳浓度.NaHSO3使叶绿素含量增加,同时降低叶绿素a和叶绿素b的比值.NaHSO3增加叶面积,叶片可溶性糖含量,根、茎、叶的干重.

| Abstract: | The best concentration of NaHSO_3 on photosynthetic rate of leaves of eggplant seedlings was screened,and effect of NaHSO_3 on growth and development of eggplant seedlings was studied.The results showed that: The most optimal concentration of NaHSO_3 was 300 mg/L,which could obviously enhance the photosynthetic rate of eggplant seedlings.NaHSO_3 could increase the chlorophyll content,and lower the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b.Meanwhile,NaHSO_3 could increase the areas of leaves,soluble sugar content and the dry weight of roots,stems,leaves. |
