摘    要:葡萄籽油含有多种营养成分,对人体有独特的营养保健作用,其综合利用价值较高,基于植物油料种籽低温冷榨技术的特点,笔者通过试验对比分别得到葡萄籽的低温冷榨工艺参数,如入料温度,榨机膛温、膛压,原料水分等,研究制取葡萄籽油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:利用吹风去杂的方法效率最高;当料温为50℃、入榨水分为5.5%时,所得原油理化指标较好。结论:通过低温冷榨工艺可以获得品质较高的葡萄籽油,产品在食用植物油新油源和化妆品基础用油领域市场前景广阔。

Abstract:Grape seed oil takes a unique role on nutrition and health care of human body.This paper introduces the technique and characteristics of low-temperature press.Some factors for the preprocessing of raw materials,the temperature of pressing chamber,the feeding temperature,the pressure of the oil press and the water content of raw materials were determined through the experiments.The results showed that the highest experimental efficiency was blowing method.When the raw material was at temperature 50 ℃,water content 5.5%,the physical and chemical parameters of raw oil was better.
