| 摘 要： | 利用产业结构评价指标和分析模型,对新疆1952-2008年间的产业结构演进特征进行了定量研究。通过就业产业结构偏离度、产业结构贡献方程以及偏离-份额分析等方法,分析了新疆产业结构演进的总体特征,及其与就业、经济增长等相关要素的耦合关系。进而总结了新疆产业结构演进的影响因素和作用机制,提出"稳定优化第一产业、调整提升第二产业、升级改造第三产业"的产业结构优化策略。
