摘    要:利用内蒙古森林资源清查资料,依据不同森林类型生物量和蓄积量之间的回归方程,估算了内蒙古自治区不同时段的森林生物量和碳储量,并分析其动态变化特征。结果表明:在1977-2003年间内蒙古森林面积由1.10×10^7hm^2增加到1.61×10^7hm^2,每年森林面积平均增长率为1.85%;森林碳储量由378.86TgC...

Abstract:Using the national forest inventory data surveyed by the State Forestry Administration of Inner Mongolia,forest carbon storage in Inner Mongolia was estimated with the regression equation between stand biomass and volume in different forest types.The results showed that in Inner Mongolia forest area increased from the 1.10×107hm2 to 1.61×107hm2 between 1977-2003.Aannual forest area growth rate increased by 1.85%;forest carbon stocks increased from 378.86TgC to 515.97TgC,the average annual growth rate was 1.45%.This indicated that forest ecosystem in Inner Mongolia played a role as a carbon sink in that period.Larix gmelinii and Betula have played a dominant role,and contributed much to the total forest carbon storage.The middle-aged forests accounted for a large proportion of total carbon,and the carbon density of different forest types and different ages showed a rising tendency.Therefore,Inner Mongolia forests would have a huge potential for carbon sink in the future if forests were fostered and managed well in major afforestation projects.
