摘    要:通过设置在甘肃省定西市安定区李家堡乡的田间定位试验,研究了不同耕作方式下(NTS、TS、NT、T)土壤微生物生理类群数量和酶活性及其相关性。结果表明:与传统耕作(T)相比,保护性耕作方式(NTS、TS、NT)能显著增加土壤微生物生理类群数量,增强酶活性。不同的保护性耕作方式下,土壤微生物生理类群数量和酶活性存在显著差异...
