初烤烟叶颜色与化学成分关系分析

摘    要:通过对117份烤烟样品的颜色指标与主要化学成分进行相关性和逐步回归分析,结果表明,烟叶不同颜色指标与烟叶化学成分有显著相关性:a*(红度)与烟碱、总氮、蛋白质呈极显著正相关,与总糖、还原糖、糖碱比、糖蛋比等呈显著负相关;L*(明度)、b*(黄度)、C(饱和度)和H(色调角)与烟碱、总氮、蛋白质均呈极显著负相关,与总糖、还原糖、糖碱比、糖蛋比等呈显著正相关,而与氯、淀粉等相关不显著。逐步回归分析表明:总氮对烟叶明度的负作用最大,烟碱对红度的影响最大,蛋白质对黄度和饱和度的负作用最大,影响最明显,氮碱比和蛋白质对色调角的影响最大。因此,烟叶颜色与其化学成分密切相关,可在一定程度上反映烟叶内在化学品质。

Abstract:The correlation and stepwise regression analysis between color index and main chemical components of 117 flue-cured tobacco samples were conducted.The results showed that there existed significant correlation between different color index and chemical components in tobacco leaves.The a(red degree) in leaves was significantly and positively correlated with the nicotine,total nitrogen and protein,while it was significantly and negatively correlated with total sugar,reducing sugar,ratio of sugar to nicotine,ratio of sugar to protein.The L(brightness degree),b(red degree),C(saturation) and H(tincture) in tobacco leaves were significantly and negatively correlated with the nicotine,total nitrogen and protein,while they were significantly and positively correlated with the total sugar,reducing sugar,ratio of sugar to nicotine,ratio of sugar to protein,and were not correlated with chlorine and starch.The step regression analysis indicated that the total nitrogen had the highest negative effect on L in leaves,nicotine had the highest effect on a in leaves,protein had the highest effect on b and C,and ratio of nitrogen to nicotine and protein had the highest influence on H.Therefore,tobacco color had a closer relationship with chemical components,and could reflect the inner chemical quality of tobacco leaf.
