青藏高原湿地保护与开发利用模式初探

本文在分析了青藏高原湿地的生态地位和现阶段青藏高原湿地资源保护开发中的主要问题后,提出青藏高原湿地可持续开发利用的基本模式:以生态学原理为指导,走生态畜牧业的发展之路,切实提高高原湿地农牧民的经济收入,从经济方面减轻人为不合理因素对湿地的负作用;统筹规划,发展高原特色的湿地生态旅游业,在保护和合理开发中健康发展。

Probe to the Models of Protecting and Exploiting Qing Tibet Plateau Wetland

On the basis of analysing Qing Tibet plateau wetland ecological status and main problems confronting in the process of protecting and exploiting for its resources now,this paper puts forward following conclusions:(1)The ecological status of Qing Tibet plateau wetland are very unique,but there are a series of wetland environment problems resulting from cold plateau nature conditions and affections of human factors,wetland environment has entrapped into bad cycles,so we must protect and rationally exploit it.(2)The basic models of Qing Tibet plateau wetland sustainable exploit and utilization:laws that are being perfect for protecting wetland and education developing act for assistant policies,ecology principles as direction,goes forward the way of ec-husbandry ,truly raises economical incomes of the plateau wetland farmers to relieve negative actions of human improper factor in the wetland; Systematical and whole planning,develops plateau specialized wetland ec-tourism.(3)Nowadays,we must deeply research in combination between quality and quantity of Qing Tibet plateau wetland to command its eclogical process and laws deducing so as to offer theory references for protecting it. \ \
