脱脂豆粕中大豆低聚糖制备工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了脱脂豆粕中提取大豆低聚糖的制备工艺,确定了碱浸提,活性炭脱色过程的较优工艺参数。浸提的工艺条件为:温度55℃,浸提1.5 h,pH值10~12。活性炭脱色的工艺条件为:活性炭0.5%~1.0%,pH值4~4.5,80℃水浴5 min后,恒温脱色20 min。

Abstract:The preparation of soybean oligosaccharide extracted from defatted soybean was studied.The optimum conditions of alkali solution and decoloration with carbon were obtained.Optimum extractive conditions were: temperature,55 ℃;time,1.5 h and pH,10~12.Optimum decolorizing conditions were: pH,4~4.5;time,20 min and carbon dosage,0.5%~1.0%.
