芒草蒸汽爆破降解产物的分析

摘    要:为了考察不同蒸汽爆破处理对芒草降解产物的影响,采用离子色谱和气质联用仪,测定不同蒸汽爆破条件下处理的芒草水提液中可发酵性糖以及副产物的含量。结果表明:随着爆破条件的加剧,葡萄糖、木糖和还原糖产量呈现先增加后减少的趋势,但葡萄糖的产量变化则不明显。当处理条件为爆破温度220℃、维压时间为5 min时,还原糖的产量达到了最高值117.4 mg/g。在芒草蒸汽爆破处理水提液乙酸乙酯萃取物中,共检测出19种芳香类化合物、11种弱酸类物质和2种呋喃化合物,其中含量最高的是3-甲基-2-呋喃甲酸,最高相对含量达9.02%,占呋喃化合物总相对含量的80.50%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects on degraded products from Chinese silvergrass after steam-exploded pretreatment. Fermentable sugars and by-products of silvergrass was identified by IC and GC-MS analysis in this paper. The results showed that Fermentable sugars first increased and then decreased with the reaction temperature increasing and time prolonged. When processing condition explosing temperature was 220℃, pressure time was 5 min, reducing sugar yield reached the highest 117.4 mg/g. GC-MS analyzed steam explosion silvergrass aqueous extracted solution ethyl acetate extraction. It was indicated that 19 aromatic compounds, 11 weak acid compounds and 2 furan compounds were produced, the highest 3-methyl-2-furan formic acid relative content of 9.02%, accounting for furan compounds total relative content of 80.50%.
