| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术和经济的快速发展，我国对工程技术人才的需求逐渐增大，对培养应用型人才为主的地方高校提出了新的要求。地方高校可通过加速培训现有教师、积极引进外来人才为专职教师和聘请兼职教师的办法造就“双师型”师资队伍；还要完善各项制度，保证“双师型”师资队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | The talent of engineering and technology demands increasing with the fast development of science, technology and economy, which presentation new demands in local universities which cultivate objective of practical talents. The methods of development the teachers team with ＂double qualifications＂ in local universities were training in- service teacher and positive introducing foreign talent that would be full time teachers and engaging part - time teachers;Assurance development of the teachers team with ＂double qualifications＂ depend on perfect institution. |
