| 摘 要： | pH、温度、基质、激素、超声波对珍珠半夏种子发芽试验的结果表明:以适宜pH 20℃温水浸种18 h细沙保湿催芽,最适宜珍珠半夏种子的萌发;适宜浓度的激素、超声波处理时间适当可提高珍珠半夏发芽率和发芽势.用TTTC法检测珍珠半夏种子生活力,其寿命不到1年.

| Abstract: | Summary of pH,temperature,matrix,hormones,ultrasound of the pearl Banxia seed germination test,results showed that: The pH twenty Celsius temperature for 18h water soaking pregermination sand moisture,the most suitable for seed germination Banxia pearls;appropriate concentrations of hormones,ultrasonic treatment can improve time to properly Banxia germination rate and germination energy.By TTC assay Banxia seed viability,Banxia Life expectancy of less than one year. |
