| 摘 要： | 用马铃薯试管苗诱导的愈伤组织进行悬浮培养，每 ４５～５０ ｍＬ培养基中加入 ２ｇ愈伤组织。结果表明， ２０ ｄ苗龄的试管苗诱导效果最好；固体培养愈伤组织继代 ４～５次时最适于进行悬浮培养；良好的细胞悬浮培养物为浅绿色、清纯透明的液体，有数个到１０多个细胞组成细胞团。

| Abstract: | Potato suspension system can be built with 2 g callus of test-tube plantlets subcultured in a flask with 45-50 mL liquid medium. The results showed that the 20-day old test-tube platelets have the best induced effect, and callus cultured in solid medium for 4-5 generations can continue living in suspension condition. A geed suspension has a bright lightgreen exterior with fully seperating cell masses. |
