| Abstract: | It is a kind of correct as well as rapid way to determine the total phenols content in tobacco leaves by means of Folin method. The rate of recovery of the sample ranges from 96.4% to 102.2%, and the variation coefficient is 3%. Comparing this method with lead acetate sedimentation analysis, the determination result of the former is more accurate. |
