基于GA-BP算法的土壤墒情预测

摘    要:利用遗传算法的全局寻优能力优化BP神经网络连接权值,建立基于GA-BP算法的土壤墒情预测模型具有绝对误差小和收敛速度快的优点,且避免了BP算法易陷入局部极小值的缺点,该模型预测的平均绝对误差为1.11%,具有较好的预测精度。

Abstract:The initial weights of BP neural network were evolved by the characteristics of global opti-mization of Genetic Algorithm, established the soil moisture content prediction model based on GA-BP algorithm with the average absolute error and convergence speed advantages, avoiding the BP algorithm and easy to go to a partial the shortcomings of the minimum, the prediction mean square error was 1.11% and showed relatively high prediction precision.
