摘    要: 应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了采自云南8个地区的18个岩白菜居群的岩白菜素含量,结果表明:(1) 同一居群的不同器官间岩白菜素含量差异悬殊,根状茎是提取岩白菜素的理想器官;(2) 不同居群的根状茎中的岩白菜素含量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),介于9.77%-3.15%之间,丽江玉龙水库居群的根状茎是开发利用岩白菜中岩白菜素的最优种源;(3)不同居群的叶片中的岩白菜素含量也存在极显著的差异(P<0.01),在1.61%~0.55%之间。

Abstract:Bergenin contents of 18 populations of Bergenia purpurascens in Yunnan Province were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the results showed as follows:(1)There were most significant differences in bergenin contents among various organs of the same Bergeniapopulation. Rhizome was the favorite organ for extracting bergenin. (2)Bergenin contents from rhizomes of different Bergenia populations were different at extremely significant level(P<001) and between 977% and 315%. The rhizome of Bergenia population distributed in Yulong reservoir of Lijiang County was the best resource for bergenin exploitation in B purpurascens. (3)Bergenin contents from laminae of different Bergenia populations were also different at most significant level and between 161% and 055%.
