新疆食品经营主体信用监管模式研究

目的]改善政府对食品经营主体监管.方法]采取博弈分析方法和系统分析方法.首先,从政府职能方面,研究并提出政府在食品经营主体监管中具有提供相关信息、查处违法行为、完善企业信用制度建立等职能.结果]建立了食品经营主体信用监管博弈模型,分析改善政府在对食品经营主体信用监管主要是通过加强对监管部门监管人的监督.提出了建立在全社会监督下的以政府为主导、全社会参与的食品经营主体信用监管模式和运行机制.结论]旨在政府通过改变监管模式,加强对新疆食品经营主体的信用的监管,鼓励其守信经营.

A Study on Cerdit Supervision Model of Food Proprietor in Xinjiang

The aim of this study was to improve government supervising food proprietor credit.This paper adopted analytical method of system and game.In the first place,this paper analysed and put forward government affording information,with lawbreaking behavior and improving credit system of enterprise,etc.In the second place,this paper set up game model for supervising food proprietor credit,analysed problem of government supervising food proprietor and put forward that government should improve supervision of food proprietor credit.Based on analyzing problems of supervision,this paper put forward food the supervision model of food proprietor credit by adopting analytical method of system,which was established under the government supervision to change supervision method of government and promote food proprietor whth keeping credit in operating a business.
