低密度脂蛋白受体家族是一类结构与低密度脂蛋白受体相似,细胞表面存在可识别和结合多种含载脂蛋白的脂蛋白颗粒配体的细胞膜表面受体群。它们在动物体内脂蛋白的代谢中发挥重要作用。随着分子生物学对LDL受体和VLDL受体基因表达水平与调控水平研究的不断深入,有助于进一步了解高胆固醇血症及动脉粥样硬化等疾病的发病机制,对于指导动物生产(蛋鸡生产、鹅肥肝生产)也具有十分重要的意义。

Contribution and Regulation of Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor Gen Family Members on Lipid Metabolism

Members of low density lipoprotein receptor super family are present on the cell surface.They are receptors closely resemble LDLR in structure.Recognizing and combining a number of lipoproteins contain apoprotein,they play a central role in lipid metabolism by mediating the binding and uptake of plasma lipoprotein particles that serve to transport cholesterol.With the research of gene expression and regulation of LDLR and VLDLR improving,pathogenesy of hypercholesteremia and artherosclerosis is presented more clearly,and the research is meaningful for us to guide animal production.
