| 摘 要： | 无籽西瓜无性系快速育苗，包括组织培养加速繁殖；无土栽培建立采穗圃；利用抗病砧木嫁接生产用苗3个阶段。本文重点分析了每个阶段的技术措施。从1985-1987年3年共发展三倍体无籽西瓜37.9公顷。无性系表现长势好、根系抗病性强、产量高、品质好。

| Abstract: | The procedure of mass production of test-tube seedlings of seedless watermelon clonesis as follows: 1) Rapid propagation of adventitious buds by tissue culture. 2) Rapid propagation of adventitious buds to be used as scions by water culture. 3) Mass productjon of grafted watermelon seedlings for sale. The root stock was di-sease resistant. From 1985 to 1987, a total of 37.9 ha.of triploid seedless watermelon were raisedfrom these grafted seedlings with a net profit of 16972.5 ha. The crop was vigorous, resis-tant to root diseases and high yield with very good quality of the seedless watermelon. |
