合成菌群促生抗逆功能的研究进展

摘    要:根际微生物群落与植物健康生长密切相关,但由于根际微生物群落成员庞大,结构复杂,不利于根际微生物群落成员间互作、及群落互作对根际免疫机制的深入研究。合成菌群因其结构简单、互作方式可控等优势,在根际微生态领域研究中发挥重要功能,一方面为微生物-微生物、微生物-植物互作功能及机制深入研究提供新的思路和方法,另一方面合成菌群能够转化为农业知识,助力农业绿色健康发展。鉴于此,本文从合成菌群构建、合成菌群促生抗逆功能等方面综述了目前研究进展,展望未来合成菌群的研究方向及对推动农业绿色发展的具体大潜力。

Abstract:The rhizosphere microbial community is closely related to the healthy growth of plants. However, it is not conducive to study the interaction between rhizosphere microbial community members and the community interaction on the rhizosphere immune mechanism due to the large number of rhizosphere microbial community members and the complex structure.Because of simple structure and controllable interaction mode, the synthetic microbial community plays an important role in the research of rhizosphere microecology. On the one hand, it provides new ideas and methods for studying of microbial-microbial and microbial-plant interaction functions and mechanisms. On the other hand, the synthetic microbial community can be transformed into agricultural knowledge and help agricultural green development.In all, this paper reviewed the current research progress from the aspects of the construction of synthetic microbial community, the growth-promoting and stress-resistant functions of synthetic microbial community, and looks forward to the future research direction of synthetic microbial community and its specific great potential to promote agricultural green development.
