摘    要:以设施内常用的黄瓜、菜豆、番茄和芹菜为试材,采用PCR-DGGE技术,研究了7种轮作栽培模式对其土壤细菌群落结构多样性的影响。结果表明:第1茬3种蔬菜中番茄和黄瓜的根际土壤细菌群落结构多样性差异不显著,都极显著高于菜豆(P0.01);第2茬轮作处理后,番茄、菜豆、黄瓜3种蔬菜与芹菜轮作均可较大程度地提高根际土壤细菌群做结构多样性指数和均匀度指数。

Abstract:Taking four vegetables of cucumber,french bean,tomato,and celery as experimental materials,the effect of diverse vegetable rotation system on rhizosphere soil bacteria community structure diversity under seven different cultivation patterns by PCR-DGGE technology in a shed in north were studied.The results showed that the diversity and evenness indices of bacterial communities of tomato and cucumber were significantly higher than french bean in the first crop of three vegetables(P<0.01);In the second of crop rotation vegetables,rhizosphere soil bacteria diversity and evenness were higher in cultivation pattern of processingⅡ(tomato-celery),processingⅣ(beans-celery) and processingⅥ(cucumber-celery).This indicated that celery rotated with different vegetable could improve soil bacteria community structure diversity efficiently.
