不同黄瓜品种氮素吸收利用的差异研究

摘    要:在相同氮素水平上,以5个黄瓜品种为试材,研究其对氮素吸收利用的差异。结果表明:在不同黄瓜品种干物质量中,果实品种间差异明显高于植株地上部的差异;果实的氮含量种间差异大于植株地上部的氮含量差异。相关分析及通径分析表明,总含氮量与黄瓜产量呈显著正相关,对黄瓜产量及总干物质量起主要作用。

Abstract:Five cucumber varieties were used as materials,the difference on nitrogen absorption and utilization at the same nitrogen level were studied.The results showed that difference of the amount of dry matter of the fruit was higher than that of plant aboveground.The nitrogen absorption of fruit was greater than the differences between species aboveground plant.The correlation and path analysis showed that the total nitrogen absorption had significant positive correlation to cucmber yield and played a major role in yield and total dry matter.
