| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of Chinese seed industry mechanism system,employees and enterprise characteristics,some strategies had been put forward to establishing talents training and flowing mechanism of our country modern crop seed industry development,progressively carrying the breeding resources forward to the enterprises assembling;grasping the big and controling the small,promoting the merger and reorganization of enterprises. |
