人参悬浮细胞系的建立及生长特性研究

摘    要:在建立人参悬浮细胞系的基础上,研究了碳源、氮源、磷源及植物生长调节物质对人参悬浮培养物的影响。结果表明:MS+2.0mg/L 2,4-D+2.0mg/L NAA+0.4mg/L BA为最适培养基;接种量10g/100mL,19℃,100r/min转速条件下,人参悬浮细胞系生物量积累最大。

Abstract:The experimental was established on the basis of the Panax ginseng suspension cells.The culture conditions of carbon source,nitrogen source,phosphate and different growth regulars were researched.The results showed that the optimal medium for suspension culture was:MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+2.0 mg/L NAA+0.4 mg/L BA.On the basis of inoculation was 10 g/100 mL,culture temperature was 19℃ and rotation ratio was 100 r/min,the biomass accumulation of the Panax ginseng suspension cells was the largest.
