短莛飞蓬挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:用水蒸汽蒸馏的方法提取挥发油,用面积归一化法测定各化学成分的相对百分含量,通过GC-MS对短莛飞蓬挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:共鉴定出18种成分,占挥发油总量的98.991%;酮类含量最高(73.224%),其中6,7-二甲醇基-二氢-茚-2-酮含量最高(49.690%)。

Abstract:Extracted essential oil with steam distillation method and analysed by GC-MS.The percentage content of each constituent were determined by area normalizetion method.The results showed that there were 18compounds which were identified and constituted about 98.991%of the total essentials oil.The content of ketone(73.224%) mainly including 2H-Inden-2-one dihydro-6,7-bis-hydroxymethyl(49.690%) was the highest in essential oil.
