红仙蜜火龙果茎段离体快繁技术研究

摘    要:以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的激素组合,对火龙果茎段进行离体培养。结果表明,适宜诱导不定芽的培养基为MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA 适宜继代扩繁的培养基为MS+4.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA 适宜生根的培养基为1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L NAA。

Abstract:With MS as the basic medium,different concn.of hormone combinations were added to cultured the stem segments of Hylocereus undatus in vitro.The results showed that the optimum medium for inducting adventitious bud was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the optimum medium for subculture and expanding propagation was MS+4.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,and the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L NAA.
